SPECIAL SPARRING CLASS
CHILDREN & JUNIOR SPARRING TEAM 2008-2009
This class is designed to develop maximum technique skills, physical conditioning and mental preparation for those who wish to take
Taekwondo to a higher competition level. This class is not open for everyone. You must be specialy selected by the Master/Instructor
in order to attend this class. In order to be selected you must show a strong mental and physical discipline during the regular classes
as well as great concentration, initiative to improve your techniques and a great attitude.
Since Taekwondo become an Olympics Sport in year 2000, more and more opportunites arise in the competition field. But in order
to suceed you must have speed, power, reaction, physical conditioning and a strong mental discipline to be able to focus and react
under presure.
Yong's Martial Art Taekwondo is always looking for talented children, junior and adults who wish take Taekwondo to competitive level.
